Terms and Conditions for Cottage Rental Website
Payment Terms
We accept payment by card over the telephone.
A deposit of one third of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The final balance is payable four weeks prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non returnable. Cancellations may be made by telephone
and confirmed in writing. We will not make any further charges where more than four week’s notice has been given.
If less than four week’s notice is given for a cancellation and we are able to re-let the accommodation,
the balance payment will be refunded less any expenses or losses incurred.
Dogs are Welcome
We welcome quiet, well behaved dogs in Cottage 2, 3 & 4 by prior arrangement. We make an additional charge of €30 to cover a little extra cleaning. All houses have a secure back gardens where your dog can be kept safe while outdoors.
